One concern from looking at a few of the photos: Is there a trick of perspective, or are the Portuguese tiny little toy people? Some of those beds look well under 2m long.

Average height for Portugal is pretty short, but not dwarfishly so...

A coach really isn't the best option, given having cars during the week would be far preferable, for shopping and day trip purposes.

An indoor pool might actually be a good idea given the beating Mediterranean sun, so Indoor Pool Villa would be fine for me.  All the options from 19th are fine for me though!

As for numbers, nine people answered the poll, but something like 18 have expressed an interest in this thread.  I'm sure more will come out of the woodwork over the coming months though, some responding to the PM I sent and the banner.

The delay was caused by the reasons above.  There shouldn't be any (significant) delay in future, but please let me and Peder know if there is.

I tried going back to external STMP sending, to see if that fixed anything.  It didn't.  Gone back to PHP mail now, and it should have all sent.  All notifications from the last few hours should have been received in the last few minutes?

According to the forums, the mail queue is empty, meaning there aren't any notifications waiting to be sent...  The mails would be coming from a slightly different source though, so perhaps check your spam folder?

There are airports in Porto and Faro too of course.  Not idea how accessible they are from some countries, but still an option!

I guess numbers are the main concern at this point.  Some places would be preferable, but obviously if there are 20+ of us we'll have to discount the smaller houses.
