I returned from a holiday in Greece today. It was about 40 degrees C for much of the fortnight I was there.

There was an article in PC Zone not long ago about the resurgence in adventures games' popularity. I'll try to do a scan of it sometime...

I also had a letter published, about a year ago, on the subject of amateur games :- http://www.agagames.com/pics/art.gif

From the one time he was on IRC at the same time as me, I have this:

[ 01:40:55 ] Joins: Hosamov (vscript@61.159.247.93)

Dunno if that's a proxy or his true IP or what...

It'd be best if you wait for Andail to notice this thread, he's organising Mittens and can give you full details...

The previous version of Yabb had a security flaw. People who haven't upgraded are getting hacked

It was 'Ken sent me' :P

Ken Williams was the owner of Sierra at the time, and Al Lowe was making a reference to him, I assume.

I think it's different every time you play... If you post the exact lines from Plato's Lost Dialogue, maybe we could help you...

Camera = Latin for room Obscura = Latin for dark

NWN is minimium spec 450MHz, recommended 800, it should be fine as long as you don't try to crank the graphics up to full... That's a very good game by the way, as is anything made by Bioware (Baldur's Gate I and II, Icewind Dale I and II etc.). They also made Planescape: Torment, which is probably the best RPG I've ever played...

Not necessarily, LGM, there was a famous black-rights campaigner called Stokely Carmichael:-  http://www.interchange.org/Kwameture/nytimes111698.html

His site mentions he has a VGA artist... It says:
"Using original KQIII backdrops for now until my Graphics Artist gets the VGA ones to me."
