Anas, the first post is literally too long for the forums to handle (more than 30,000 characters...).  Please remove all the information that's repeated, or create one new post for every five updates or something.  I wanted to fix the videos to work on Chrome, but can't do that until this is sorted first!

1000 Blank White Cards.  Thanks to Esseb for the use of his image gallery script.
#763
Can people please provide me with links to problem posts?

Okay, I've changed the AGS releases page to hopefully match what you were looking for.  Version numbers and URLs will now also be drawn from the XML file you'll find in the releases folder (which you can edit whenever you upload a new version).  I've put in what might be correct data, but I'd recommend you double check it.  Let me know if there's something you think needs to be tweaked.

Not that we should necessarily go to France, but that was actually eight years ago...

Mine and Tamara's photos.  I'll upload the Blank White Cards and misc. other papers soon.

I assume it was because the log file (a text file on the server) wasn't writeable.  That's independent of the database stuff, which is stored in a MySQL database.

Script works fine, it's just the log file that wasn't being written.  Might be fixed now, please let me know if you still get the log file error.

Sounds like a decent plan.  I'll take a look once I've recovered from my return from Mittens (hopefully tomorrow).

We're going to bring Set and Exploding Kittens, for some non board based games.

It's in the woods.  Just wander around for a bit until you fall into a lake.  Get out and you're at the cabin.

Personally I hate having to backtrack in games...  I like to 100% explore a location when I visit it (look at, use and take every available item).  I'm not necessarily going to remember a vaguely interesting stone from 20 screens ago when I'm looking to break a window, so could quite easily waste a lot of time having to backtrack and reexplore.  Sure carrying all the things is unrealistic, but this is a game, and not frustrating the player is way more important than realistic pocket physics.

So we seem to have quite a few people interested now, and have found a date that works for everyone in theory (at least those who bothered to reply...).  Should we look for a rental property in a nice accessible location as Cat suggested, weekend of 24th September?

Do try to contain your excitement.

Quote from: Jack on Thu 28/07/2016 12:47:55Do you mean you want to drag around icons as on the desktop?

Yes exactly! So you can drag the icons (within a fixed grid layout) to any location/order you want. So you don't necessarily have to have them all in one area either.

Quote from: Jack on Thu 28/07/2016 12:47:55Babar requested a list instead of icon view, which I will add sometime.

List view would be neat too!

Do you store any data with this? Like "last played date"? It might be neat to display that kind of information as well!

Basically just copy Steam, just without the streaming?

Sorry, I won't make it either.  Same as JSH, I just don't get those extra vacation days and I even have to work this weekend.
Pity, I was happy to see you :)

Hey, check your PMs!

Also, that picture is still blurry for me, but I'm using Version 51.0.2704.103 m, so I'm guessing that my version is merely out of date. Which is nice to know.

I have that version of Chrome (well, not anymore since by checking the about tab it is updating)
I recommend you try doing Ctrl+F5 or some other cache clearing thing.

Go to http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/forums/Themes/AGS/css/index.css or http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/forums/Themes/AGSCompact/css/index.css (depending on the theme you use), and CTRL+R.  Should update your style sheets, Danvzare.
