Did I say I am almost convinced?  ???

:)

About that "5% that can't be unexplained...": Well: 95% of explanations is a FRICKIN' HIGH PERCENTAGE. I mean, I don't think you think that the Yeti was the murdered of those 36% of non solved murders in the US, do you? Why do you think those 5% are aliens? For me, it' s just the same... Unexplained is not the same as unexplainable, as I mentioned before.

It's cool to witness something you can't understand and say: "I don't  know what it is". Much better that coming with the first fantasy answer that comes to the mind.

And for the sceptics - here is definitive proof of things going on way way up above you. Please, get some IR technology for yourself and go see. Things hotten up at after about 50 seconds:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=abbZ16_lHOg

What is this? The correct answer is... we don't know.

Some possible ansers are:

-Two fighters during exercises... Human made ones, of course.
-Two birds.
-A guy who fimed a screen where something he made in his computer is being played (fake).
-Fireflies.
-Two alien made aircraft which have travelled for million years for saying hello to us, but just forgott, and left the planet just after doing some stunts in the air above of the house of some random guy, in spite of doing it in above the White house or something for announcing its presence, which left without landing, giving us a message of peace, or a threat of a future war if we do not change our costumes.
OR
-Two spacecraft made by a civilization which did not want us to discover them, which managed to build spaceships which can travel along the spaces for million years or which controls hyperspace tecnology and do not have tecnology to hide its IR signal to a mere 50$ videorecorder.

Any of those is POSSIBLE. Not all those are PLAUSIBLE.

I find amazing that believers spent half of his life telling atheistics about "the worlds of God", the "Meaning of God", blah, blah, blah... And when we, atheistics, ask believers about the meaning of those things, the replies are something like "We are mere humans and can't try to understand God's  thinking" or "the ways of the Lord are inscrutable" ^_^

He had. He reached to different conclussions that you. Respect his opinions, please.

Yup, like "UFO" believers...

"My abductors come from Ganimedi, and they tell me that they are the only ones who have visited our solar system!"
"Really? My friends come from Jupiter... and they told me they are the only ones who have visited earth... Do you want a beer?"
"Sure!"

The problem, Khris, is that 100% of bible was considered as "totally accurate" by believers some centuries ago. Now they put "lines": "This part is real... this is a metaphor... This is totally uncorrect, it's a missinterpretation humans did... This paragraph is ok, but the following is not...".

And there is no possible way to know how those lines must be put. If you ask any believer about "where would he put the lines of credibility in bible" there would be so many different answers that we would see that all believers are different. Those "lines" would create a "faith type" so different from one to another that it should be so individual as a fingerprint or DNA.

For me, that fact makes religion so human that I can't simply consider the supernatural force. It's just a mirror of the human psyque.

Even football fans do have more consensus about what their teams mean to them that believers towards "God".

Damn! There was another non-pixar animation movie that I liked a lot, but I can't remember it...  :(

EDIT: Oh! Monster House, by Sony Imageworks and Columbia Pictures... I basically agree with clarvalon's post, yeah... Seems (to me) that the Pixar guys think: "Hey... let's tell a story... A good one!" and the "others" think: "Let' s do an animation movie... Which funny things can we put in the trailer that can appeal kids so they come to see the movie and make us win money?"

This guys do something that, before done, seems impossible. Example? The old character. I would have never imagined that I would love an old grumpy man as the main character... Now I do! I want the posters and the action figure! I want to be old, have "pasta" glasses, an anatomic stick and corduroy pants!

I have a doubt.... When we see the bad things that happened in the world, believers say "It's not God's fault. In his inmense wisdom he gave us the biggest gift: Free will. If he does not intervene it's a gift he gives to us. Bad things happen because of us, not because of him". Okay... Then... Why he did intervene with the deluge? Does God change his mind? That does not seem to be something that a being of infinite wisdom should do. He invented time, even the future, I guess... Can't he forecast the future and do things propperly from the first moment?

One other explanation is that he had to destroy his creation not because humans were actually that bad because of human's fault, but because God pissed it off when creating them. He made a defective race which was going to be bad yes or yes if they had free will, so he had to start a new one.

Again... How can a being of infinite wisdom do a defective race? Specially when that race was the one that was going to "look similar to him". The creation where he was going to put more love and effort... I don't understand.

Believe me... I am not impermeable to the religious message... Sometimes it's cool, and good (Not very original, though...) but some of the episodes are so, so unlogical and contradictory that I simply can't swallow it. If you think of it God contradictes himself once and again...

Discordance, I have the feeling that the pixar guys like to lie us in the trailers... Happened to me with Nemo, Ratatouille, Incredibles and Up! The film was completelly different to what I had in mind, much more touching and less chessy. With Cars and Wall-E I saw more or less what I was expecting after seeing the trailer.

Ok, lost in translation, apparently. Let me clarify: I know that Wall-E and Up! are by pixar. I think Pixar is ahead of the competitors. I said that "Happy feet" was the only that was CLOSE IN QUALITY to the ones made by pixar. Conclussion: I know that Happy feet was not by pixar, AND, I liked it. (So, we agree, Nik!)  :)

Ryan. Yes, you nailed it, you understood me well... I am going to make you the offical translator Nacho-English, English-Nacho :) I liked it and you didn't, but that are just opinions, no problem! :D

EDIT: What must the pixar guys do to have a nomination for the best movie award?

Nobody already started a topic about this yet? I've searched and apparently not... I just came from cinema. I think it's fantastic, when I get out of the cinema after seeing a Pixar' s movie I always think: "The next one will be worse... They simply can't keep this level". And they do... I think they are one or two steps in front of the competitors, probably "Happy feet" is the only one that got close.

What do you think? I am a Pixar zealot, or do you think the same?

I think he means god killed children so why can't other parents.

Not actually just children. He killed his sons, his creations, adults, old people, kids, babies: Because "they were not good, what he expected them to be...". It's not what I would expect of a God full of mercy and all the stuff, you know? But well... Some histories in the bible do not have a lot of sense if you think of it a bit...

Ghost: Apparently, that leaves two alternatives to me...

1) He does not exist.

2) He exist, but he is a &$%·#!!!.

Of course... Whether the words in the bible were inspired by God or just an ancient marketing exercise it's irrelevant... the only thing that matters it's the message: When I die I will go to a better place! It's so comfortating...  ;D
