On the other hand, now I see your point about the hearth attack... but recognise that the "joke" was twisted... It's overweight which cause heart attacks, and one burger per month does not cause overweight... probably if I were a USA citizen it would had more sense for me, but here in my country people don't really like McDonald's that much to became a health problem... I had undesrstood that there in the USA there is a lot of people who eats McDonald's regularily (let's say 4 or 5 days per week) is that true?
And Pirate Jack... I know Ronald MacDonald is not a real character, if sou, I wouldn't have said I'd like to see him dead... It's like that joke in "Die Hard 2:with a vengeance"
