My eyes must be easily fooled or something, because I always see those images after just a few seconds...
I remember when I was a child and I saw this really big picture in a magazine, which featured a sunken ship. It was so amazing I kept staring at it the whole day

>:( I´ve never been able to see that st00pid images!!!1!1

I can´t say that I will definitely go... But I really wish. As for a London rendevouz, I did it, and I had a really nice night in Stanstead airport, playing arcade, invited with m0ds, and enjoying the nice floor of the terminal, hehe... ;D

Well, if this is going to be definitive, we could arrange some meeting, with beds and something. :)

If this is a poll... Ditto Hotshot.  :) That extra pixels really did IMO a nice job.

I can´t agree with Barcik this time... Raiders of the lost Ark was the first "modern" film which made me feel the charm of the old adventure films, such as the mines of the King Salomon, I really liked it.

One thing is true... If he didn´t enjoyed it so much as some of us, nothing we could say will him enjoy it, so... discussion over  :).

Wow... I really like the revisited movement of the legs, the knees and feet. Now I miss the same in the arms, and maybe a little torso motion.

Quintaros: I was not looking to copy the style for any special reason, just because I really liked the "goofy" style as soon as I first saw it, I suppose with Hannah-Barbera cartoons or something. I feel very comfortable with it, that´s why I took a look to the source. I´m happy with the result.  :)

Pure ghost: Trying to fix that.  :-X

Fizz: I prefer the second, and please, allow me to choose my own opinion in case of doubt  ;).

Flippy linked this back in the summer.  It's a very cool game- Myst meets Gnarled Treeroots.

Minimi, read before posting.  :P

I think I´ll include here all the files related with my new project... As usual, I´ll do a lot of art and as soon as I can I´ll start the production, propperly...

Can you guess who´s he? hehe...

Tip: look at the notice.

2nd Tip: Take a look to "properties" and you´ll see the nick he uses.

For taking a look to the reference:

I had the same problem, I never know when to finish a background... Where is enough of shadows, brights, details...?

My advise... use time limits, One background per week is ok  ;)

The pallete has been made taking original colours from DoTT... I had an screenie and I looked for the colours I needed.

The building is evidently so much small... But I don´t think it can be a problem, since the "dimensions" in this goofy style paintings seem not to matter ^_^ But the way, I think I´ll use an upper view of the town in some moment of the game, and it will be noticeable that the building is actually so much longer that wide.

The path leading to the door... Well, that´s actually the only thing I pasted from Dott... and seems that people does not like it O_O (I´ve asked in #Ags before...) I´ll try to fix it, thanks.

Whithout looking to the source

After looking to the source (Dott)

Well... Petteri´s trick worked perfectly. Here is a total revisited version of the High school, which reminds me... TAKE a LOOK toyour SOURCES before trying to copy an style!

P.S. The annoting spots around the shine of the sun are caused by the "Gifizication" do not C+C it...  ^_^

P.S.S. I am realising now that I´m not completelly happy with the darker "gradient" of the sky.. I´ll revisit it...

You´re a n00b... but with possibilities  :)

But I want you to focus in one game! 3-d game, if I can choose!

You´re talented with that Corel Bryce whatever... I´m sorry to say that your 2-d is not so good, IMO.

MMmm... Alino Virus II, Trapped in the past, Sam & Moos, Lego Adventure (Which includes a letter demmanding permission to Lego  ;D), Undeniable, Phone Boot and Escape from Shawshank...

That´s what I call a good example of "What not to do" when talking of game project planning  :P .

Well... I almost sure it is not "Down Periscope"... It is about a submarine in the second World War, they don´t have enough pain to paint it, and they mix red and white, resulting pink. That does not happen in periscope down (Which does not suck, IMO)...

I remember the film, I think it is quite old, maybe of the 60´s or 70´s... But sorry Matt... I don´t remember the name.

Nacho, another positive thing is taht we didn't draw Spain: same chance of losing, but much greater chance of domestic disharmony!

Which we all know what implies... "Not tonight, me head eaches..." and several pearls of wisdom like that.  ;D

Look it in the positive way... Ever being disqualified, you´ll have the same chances as a qualified team, Bulgaria.

Well... perfect. I think this game could have some kind of simillar concept that in Flame wars, were the characters and the persons who liked the game can change messages via PM or something... just an idea. ^_^

Well, I´ve played some rooms of the game, till the Cafeteria, and it´s  not very offensive at the moment, but... understand me, we can´t expect to do games about AGSers abd wait that they will take it with good humour allways...

I am a little scaried about all this.  :'(
