I´ve seen more pics by that artist in that page... he´s awesome, manga style, oil painting. I will try to hire him for my next game.

Farlander and Trap: I'm not sure either of you really explain yourselves particulary well. Now I want you to apologise and mean it.  

It is simple: I said that Lucas Arts is making worst GA every year... Trap says it´ s just my opinnion, that nobody must necessarily agree with it. I would agree that all the opinnions are argueable, but... shit, that Lucas is making worst adventures each year is a fact, they wern´t even capables to finish Full Throttle 2 because it was crap... BTW, I was just being sarcastic, I will always keep reading Traps posts, they´re very funny and interesting.

My answer: I would make that CMI and EMI were just "comics" made by an teenager Guybrush in the present, while the two first were visions he had in the theme Park, so, I would continue the adventure in the point Ron left it.

My question: Dying or "unvincible" main characters in Graphic adventures?

Oh yeah, because Grim Fandango was SUCH a step down from CMI...

LucasArts' adventures really haven't been common enough lately to gauge their quality.

So, if Trapezoind thinks that if the statement "The quality of Lucas is worst every year" is false, we can assume that Trapezoid believes that they´re improving the quality? Is that what Trapezoid thinks? So, lemme say... Bagh! If that is true, make me know, I won´t read any post related with adventure graphics made by Trapezoid... They won´t have credibility anymore...


BTW... I think that CMI is better than Grim Fandango, so, don´t assume the person answering shares you oppinion.

I´ve got the answer to that: Chris Jones is actually the "non-trying-to-be-funny" funniest guy in the world. You must know him personally, I remember that he said in one post that he wanted to be a comediant or something before realising tthat he´s not funny (I dreamed that???).

But he actually is. The annual Chris Jones onion rings Pics are not casual.

If you meant a "profesional" actor... Maybe Tom Cruise... Looking how he screams through his different films pretending to be a good actor is hilarious. He overperformance as Jim Carrey... But he pretends to be serious.

I can´t really answer about GA characters... Bobbin Treadbare was quite funny...

Why Lucas adventures are worst every year passes?

I've finished the game!!! Finally! And ys, I love it, I think it's perfect for what it is aimed for, a family game, just for having some laughs... I really like the baby... "She's calling you, Marian" when the baby is just saying "Ma, ma ma ma, Ma Ma!"...

lol...

I remember the first time when I visit AGS... I really loved that Helm´s morphing signature, and the rest of the greek community. I miss that, and Goldmund, who can´t post so much as he desires now (I hope he´ll come back whn finishes his exams) a most active Chrille...

But there are new people... Barcik as a newbie in that time, n3tgraph, remixor, Xadhoom, me (I hope to finish a game soon...)

the community is changing, not dying, or going worse... It´s different, and you can´t compare two different things, IMO.

Now... we must decide in which of both threads continue the discussion

I totally agree with BOYD... a white carpet shouldn´t be a good idea, you can test other colours, I was thinking in some kind or ded, which is very "carpetish"...

Welcome to the community Mappomedia: We´re a very close group, (1300 AGSers, but actually just 20 or 30 collaborative members...) So, we feel insecure when somebody new comes and post in the incorrect forum and all that... But after that starter feeling, as SSH said, we´re open minded, and we wish to help. Sorry for the jokes about your enterprise...

I can say that we hardly collaborate in some project without knowing nothing about that... you must understand that, we´ve our own projects, but welcome anyway.

I may introduce a new Spanish member... He is "Qwato" a professional illustrator. He inquired me in #AGS about the community and all the stuff, I havn't had time to deeply talk to him, but he seems to have a very clear idea of he wants and I'm sure we'll start to see interesting stuff by him soon.

So: Proskrito, Pau, Sebas, Ciro, Arcangel, Qwato, La_Lore and Farlander.

Spanish "students"... LasNaranjas, SSH and... Maggintz can defense well in Spanish too...
