Checked on my Win10 system (with DirectX 12)

These run fine:
Game 12 - The Postman Only Dies Once
Game 29 - Invasion of the Space aliens (Confirming: the dialogue system does work correct)
Game 30 - Commander Keen Enters RON

These have issues:
Game 10 - Nightwatch: using dosbox the game does start up but it only shows a black screen.
Game 63 - Zombie Hill: won't start up.

Why not set all of them to Transparency=100 in room_Load?

Here's a zip containing AGSteam.dll + steam_api.dll, taken from my copy of Heroines Quest v1.2.4, the official up-to-date Steam version.
Both dll files should be in the folder containing also 'Heroine's Quest.exe'.
