The AGS Panel is a team of AGS forum veterans who play all of the games here, and give them ratings from one to five cups. The rating system is as follows:
1 Cup Not serious entertainment
2 Cups A reasonable game, worth a try
3 Cups A good game, worth playing
4 Cups A great game, well worth your time
5 Cups An outstanding, must-play game!
Feel free to disagree with the panel's rating, and please don't be offended if you think your game has been underrated!

(Why has my game been rated 1 cup?)

Close window
If your game has been rated 1 cup, please don't be offended! It's common for your first game release to get a 1-cup rating, due to the game having a lack of polish and flair -- which is understandable, because you're just getting started!

Please understand that the main purpose of the ratings is to help potential game players find high quality, bug-free games to play. You've probably learnt a lot about AGS as a result of making your first game -- so why not use that knowledge to start afresh, and do even better with your next game!

I frikkin love this game! The dry, tongue-in-cheek humor drew me in. There's a lot to do, and it feels very rewarding. The difficulty level is just right--you can't win every game, but you can try. Definitely a must-play, and I recommend it heartily.

I found this game a really nice challenge. You get to watch the progress of your special-agents as they tackle tasks from kidnapping to assassination, and when a task goes bad...do you let your agent risk his/her life? See what happens next and hope they are Ok? Or withdraw them and abandon the mission?

Sometimes it is hard to figure out how to progress in the game, but persistence and strategy seem to pay off, and the victory of world domination feels good.

This is a very bad, half-baked rip-off of X-Com games. It's very random, poorly designed, the graphics are retro in a very bad way. The worst thing is the gameplay is literally non-existent. It's a clickfest, non-interactive kind of game, and the player has very little choice.

It really makes one wonder why it has been chosen as pick of the month...if this is the best ags game of the month, then it was a very lousy month indeed.

Fantastic game with a deadly dose of humour and personality hidden inside an innocent looking little download. BBWD has more bells and whistles than any of Q's gadgets including some rather fetching retro graphics and a full bodied soundtrack to get your heart racing. For pure strategic deviance alone, this game should be required viewing for all Evil Henchmen 101 classes.

Just wanted to let you know,
I Admired this game from the very start!
It was only our quarrel that ever made me say negative things about it.
The fact that I'm in the credits makes me feel like utter crap, I don't deserve that by any means.
It is surely awesome tho!!!
Made me want to make a game like it!!
