Update: Logo C&C - More logos. It's a logo emporium in here!

I've been using this logo for years. It's a single color vector image in it's native format.



For the uninitiated, it's supposed to be a Penguin standing in at the bottom of an X. Penguinx. Huzzah!

lol. That logo is too classy, I like how there is a sort of illusion that shows the penguins body. Stick with this one.

I like it, but it doesn't quite show the effort of your last work, the penguin should be winking at me or something I feel.

Initially when I looked at it I felt there should be some details drawn in outside of the X, but really it looks better the way it is.

Anyway; usually when somebody posts in the CL, I look at the work and say, "I would do this" or "I would change that".

I didn't do that with this.

Here are some other things I've worked on recently. There's a business card in the top right, the typstyle I used for Penguinx (there's kind of a punk-rock flyer style for any typography for that brand), some alternate Penguinx logos, and a bunch of logos/names for a custom halloween mask creation studio I was looking to start.



I opted to spend time working at 2D pixel animation for games as a hobby instead of the mask stuff.

I own/operate a print/sign shop in Illinois so I get to design things all day long. Yay.

I like the closure.. The open penguin scares me, like you cut off his torso for your selfish logo needs. The circle makes it look like he's peeking out from a window inside his submarine, his awesome white submarine.

Great Job PX, I'll be sure to incorporate your "logo of choice" into the DQ:SOD poster.  One more down...

(BTW: You gonna be able to make a portrait view of Cris for the poster?)

I think the X-circle one is too much like the X Men logo.  I like the first one, but it seems like there should be a good way to incorporate "Penguin" horizontally, to make it very clear.  Having it in the X bugged my eyes.  

Maybe we could use one of the two bottom mask ones for the arcade?

I couldn't help myself. I came up with a Demorgan logo.

I hear the name and I think two things: Demon or Demo-Organ. Rather than get all phallic on the logo, I opted for the former.



I know it's... not that spiffy... but I threw it together in a few minutes.
