Here's a bedroom I just made, should there be anything more added to it...what do you think?

I think that you need to really really learn the tags in this forum. If you add [ img ] to the begining of the link and [ /img] to the end (without any spaces), it will show in the forum. Since it takes little space (being png), there is no reason not to do that.

As for critic, your style if very clean and established, but I always find that I'm missing the shadows in your BGs (which otherwise are lovely). Additionally the door does seem somewhat strange, although it is a comic style, you've not showing it anywhere else (nor in the previous BGs, afak), so it is kind of irrelavent. The rest is quite lovley I believe. :)

ah yes the door needs work...you're absolutely right

I don't quite agree with Nik on the door. But what strikes me, the room seems very big for a bedroom. And as one, it seems, that everything is on the side of the room, except for theleft side, which is completely empty. The room needs some balance, I'd say.

hmm well yes now that you mention it...it seems quite big hehe...I'll try and shrink it a little ;) BTW. I really suck at shadows that's why there are extremely few

The style reminds me of Donald Duck comics, but here - as in other BG's you've made - the furniture seems a bit tossed together, walls/doors seems rushed, and perspectives doesn't match. Also, the character could have been more in the same style - he seems a bit stiff for this world.

Are you using any kind of free comic resources? Or are you tracing comics?

Chicky

Your art has always reminded me of comic trace overs, i'm not sure what it is. There's a lack of consistency in your backgrounds.
