New characters! Need criticism!

This is a genie and he is doing the bring it on sign. Since it is so small I will tell you some things.

1.) The white dot on his face is not just the eye. Below it is a red dot to express anger.

2.) The abs are shitty and I don't know how to draw abs. Maybe some tips?

3.) The arms look like crap. Any tips?

This is my girl. I don't know a name for her, but I know the right leg looks like crap, so does the hands and probrobly everything else but, with the words of the people, I can improve this so...

Please feel free to say what you want cause this is just a example and I want to improve this as much as I can.

The girl, not bad. Genies head seems to not match his body... too small.
rap4life try saving them as gifs. Even mspaint can save them as gifs.

Yeah I can save it as GIF, but I hate it when it screws with the colors. I like BMP but I guess I can't save anything in it anymore. Well I will work on the genie's head but I still need to know if I have anything wrong with my girl. Anyone think of a name that goes along with her personality...

Shes a porn star, likes to talk dirty and drinks alot. She smokes and has a "Com' ere big boy!" kinda talk.

Rap4Life, every time you post an image people (and a colourful sign) tell you not to post bitmaps. Furthermore I'm sure I've heard a moderator ask you to change your signature to something less offensive.

When you ignore this kind of advice, how can you expect help with your work?

EDIT: It seems I dreampt that a moderator asked Rap4life to change his signature, though I believe it has caused some offence. Please don't change your signature on account of me Rap, the point I hoped to make was that by listening to suggestions, especially about posting as a .gif or a .jpg, you could get more helpful feedback.

Gifs and jpegs can mess up the picture, but there are a lot of skilled artists here who post excellent compressed images.

I hope Eric doesn't mind me showing this to illustrate my point:

Also, I think the girl should be called Sandy.

as far as i know a moderator has never asked him to.

and there is nothing wrong with his signature. if anything i just wish he would not put them all on their own line.

how is his sig any worse than someone with the words "Dick stroking poofter fuck" in it?

anyway i hate the skin colours. and the girl's breasts are too high up on her chest. her torso has no shape, and her hair colour is weird too.

the genie's head looks kinda tiny too.

Ali: Yes I will start listening and I will change my signiture when I feel I am not so tired. I will save my images in .PNG now because I got this BMP2PNG thing. It works like a charm.

An url is what you see in your address thing in Internet Explorer. So http://www.agsforums.com is an url.

Sorry I didn't zoom him in but, this is Jason Dombroski. I am starting 2 projects and so far the one im working on isn't so great but...

For all of you who know what the game Silent Hill is, I started a game on it, same name but it is called " SILENT HILL: RETURN TO SILENT HILL" and I don't plan on releasing this until I have my website up and going and until I get KONAMI™ permission. I know they are gonna say no but I don't care. I release a demo and if no one like it, I scrap it. I am a HUGE fan of silent hill games and I would like to make my own thriller based on it. I think I give it a new title, stay away from the story of silent hill, and change the town name, to make it less copying. I have my own story, but it needs work. The puzzles are going to be judged on how you play for example, if you are dying alot and are low on ammo and health, the puzzles will be easy, not to mention the difficulty, but if you doin good and have a good rate, you will have to use your mind for some puzzles. I hope no one disagrees with this project because I am very exicted about it, and I hope no one ruins it.

Most people see 'nigga' as a racist word. I know I would never use it.

Okay, before I post this I'd just like to say I am aware of the fact that this picture has been royally sodomised by MSPaint:

Righto. I know there's a lot wrong with this picture but apart from that there's one main difference from yours.
Her pose.
The way a character stands, moves, their facial expressions says a great deal about who they are. It looks like you tried to draw her in mid-walk. That's probably not a good idea if you're just getting to know a character even if all they do in the game is walk around.

This may not be a pefect pic but it has personality. That's what you should be aiming for in my opinion.
