The AGS Panel is a team of AGS forum veterans who play all of the games here, and give them ratings from one to five cups. The rating system is as follows:
1 Cup Not serious entertainment
2 Cups A reasonable game, worth a try
3 Cups A good game, worth playing
4 Cups A great game, well worth your time
5 Cups An outstanding, must-play game!
Feel free to disagree with the panel's rating, and please don't be offended if you think your game has been underrated!

(Why has my game been rated 1 cup?)

Close window
If your game has been rated 1 cup, please don't be offended! It's common for your first game release to get a 1-cup rating, due to the game having a lack of polish and flair -- which is understandable, because you're just getting started!

Please understand that the main purpose of the ratings is to help potential game players find high quality, bug-free games to play. You've probably learnt a lot about AGS as a result of making your first game -- so why not use that knowledge to start afresh, and do even better with your next game!

About this game

This is a simple game for ages 6-10. You are Agent Bee, a resourceful little bee in search of honey. The mission headquarter gives you your mission data. Follow the instructions, collect the honey and return safely to home. But be aware of the evil spider and Mr Frog.

AGS Panel Review

"Charming story about a secret agent bee. Some cleaner graphics and technical polish would be an improvement. Controls can be confusing."

3 people commented on this game (newest first):

It's rough around the edges, and it's rough in the middle, too. But it's not a bad way to spend half an hour.

The spider's web was quite a pain to navigate through,...even when I got to the other side I couldn't find a way out to the next bit.

And when I was floating on a leaf, I pushed an arrow key, and another bee appeared and flew around...scary for me, let alone any kids! (though I do scare easily)

But apart from that I see a decent game,...quite an adventure. I do enjoy the points system, and will keep working to get maximum results.

Hi there,

Just played this game. Nice graphics but... as it pretends to be a kids game:

- the controls could do some work as they are confusing a some points (e.g. while going down the stream I hit a dead end but couldn't return)
- the language used when Mr. Bee is looking at himself is inappropriate to kids.
- the debug mode is still on so kids (who try every key possible) can exit/crash the game easily.
