The AGS Panel is a team of AGS forum veterans who play all of the games here, and give them ratings from one to five cups. The rating system is as follows:
1 Cup Not serious entertainment
2 Cups A reasonable game, worth a try
3 Cups A good game, worth playing
4 Cups A great game, well worth your time
5 Cups An outstanding, must-play game!
Feel free to disagree with the panel's rating, and please don't be offended if you think your game has been underrated!

(Why has my game been rated 1 cup?)

If your game has been rated 1 cup, please don't be offended! It's common for your first game release to get a 1-cup rating, due to the game having a lack of polish and flair -- which is understandable, because you're just getting started!

Please understand that the main purpose of the ratings is to help potential game players find high quality, bug-free games to play. You've probably learnt a lot about AGS as a result of making your first game -- so why not use that knowledge to start afresh, and do even better with your next game!

This turned out great! Almost flawless game experience until you left us with such an unholy cliffhanger!!! :O
Only some rough parts that would need fixing.

I would have loved to finish that interesting supernatural case. It saddens me that you are going to put this on hold for an indefinite period or even dump this promising start for a John Sinclair adventure game series. Maybe you are finding the motiviation you need in the near future and give it another try.

Your enemy fighting idea has a lot of potential (John could find more holy weapons as he does in the novels and audio dramas). Also I loved how you told the story so far. The cut scenes looked fantastic. These comic style split screen idea was a great idea to give it some dynamics. Some of your animations have been amazing.

Please think about it :)

Wonderful game, great atmosphere and nice puzzles.
It can be compared to Gabriel Knight 1 and the Ben Jordan Games.
Unfortunately the game ends in the middle of the story, would be nice to see more of this. For those who don't know John Sinclair: it is a "penny dreadful" which is mostly famous in Germany since the 1970s until today with about 2000 novels and many audio dramas.
