The AGS Panel is a team of AGS forum veterans who play all of the games here, and give them ratings from one to five cups. The rating system is as follows:
1 Cup Not serious entertainment
2 Cups A reasonable game, worth a try
3 Cups A good game, worth playing
4 Cups A great game, well worth your time
5 Cups An outstanding, must-play game!
Feel free to disagree with the panel's rating, and please don't be offended if you think your game has been underrated!

(Why has my game been rated 1 cup?)

Close window
If your game has been rated 1 cup, please don't be offended! It's common for your first game release to get a 1-cup rating, due to the game having a lack of polish and flair -- which is understandable, because you're just getting started!

Please understand that the main purpose of the ratings is to help potential game players find high quality, bug-free games to play. You've probably learnt a lot about AGS as a result of making your first game -- so why not use that knowledge to start afresh, and do even better with your next game!

About this game

This MAGS game follows the adventures of Paige Rowsdower, the newest member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police as she tries to maintain law and order in a world that is collapsing into chaos and anarchy. Of course, since this game is set in Canada, the apocalypse is very well-mannered and polite.

Jokes, donuts, beer, hockey, and snow. It's as close as you can get to being in Canada without actually going there!

AGS Panel Review

"All the stereotypes you ever wanted to know about Canada (and even more) are packed in this game. The hilarious dialogs and puzzles are entertaining, although the game gets noticeably weaker towards the end (probably time ran out since this is a MAGS games). Buddy, go play this beauty now, eh?"

Pip pip!

Blather blather jollies simper. Bluster Marvellous!

This is a fine example of a Ponch game. Absolutely brimming with dialogue, and lots of fun humour. Also some nice little character animations, and music.

Anything lacking in this game is due to MAGS' time restraints, the latter stages of the game aren't as nicely rounded together as the earlier parts, but all in all, I really enjoyed this game and highly recommend it

A fun and amusing look at Canadian life (something I knew very little about and know very slightly more about now!).

It's amazing how an entertaining story with lots of humor, nice graphics, individual characters and a lot of puzzles are possible to be done from one person in such a short time.
It's really worth to get a sequel - hopefully Ponch will do it! We need to learn more about those strange Canadians ( ^ - ^ )

Definetely recommended to play!

Absolutely gold Ponch (again!). Hilarious game, that I thought was brilliant in every way, not the least of which all the "MAGs gags". I've come to expect wonderful humour from all your games Ponch, and yet again you've delivered the goods.

Well worth a play, and like the above comment (and in the game itself), I really hope Paige gets another chance to strut her stuff.

I thought this was a really cool game. I enjoyed the music in it too. I hope you make a sequel in the near future.
